摘    要:随着教育现代化的发展,校园文化建设逐步成为学校教育教学和管理工作中的重要职能,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内客,是学校教育的重要组成部分。校园文化建设的实质就是“育人”,由校园的物质形态所涵盖校园意识是校园文化的重要组成部分。校园文化的特征主要表现为存续的客观性、多元的系统性与明确的规范性、鲜明的时代性与创新性,具有导向与启智、育德、激励、约束和美育与使体的功能。

Abstract:Along with the development of modern education, campus culture has steadily become an integrated part in school education, in socialist spiritual civilization construction, teaching and management work. The essence of campus culture construction is "educating students" and campus consciousness which derived from the material things of campus is an important part of campus culture. The features of campus culture mainly includes its objectivity of duration, systematization, striking characteristics of times and innovation, which also possesses the function of guiding, inspiration of intelligence, moral education, encouragement, self-control, aesthetic education and fitness.
