| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育坚持＂以人为本＂的价值理念,旨在强调高校思想政治教育要以促进大学生个体的全面发展为根本,充分尊重思想政治教育对象的差异性,为每个大学生的健康成长提供支持、关心和帮助。高校思想政治教育坚持＂以人为本＂的价值理念有利于提高实效,有利于促进自身的发展,有利于探索科学的路径。高校思想政治教育坚持＂以人为本＂的价值理念,应从四个方面入手：建立平等、互信、互动、互助的师生关系,构建＂以学生为中心＂的思想政治教育模式,建设一支＂以学生发展为本＂的思想政治工作队伍,积极建构＂以人为本＂的校园文化。

| Abstract: | College ideological and political education must be human-oriented,which means the education aims at the all-round development of college students and highly respects individual differences.The human-oriented education will help promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It can be implemented in four aspects：establishing an equal,mutually trustworthy,interactive and mutually helpful teacher-student relationship;constructing a student-centered education mode;building a team of workers devoted to the development of students;creating human-oriented campus culture. |
