基于BP神经网络算法的三区电加热炉温度微机控制系统

摘    要:三区电加热炉温度微机控制系统的控制软件系统基于MATLAB的GUI界面编制,并将基于BP神经网络参数自学习PID控制器具体应用到炉温控制系统中。软件使用Mathworks公司的MATLAB 6.1的m语言编写,采用MATLAB的Instrument Control工具箱实现串行通信,通过利用MATLAB与其他外部程序的mex函数接口实现定时功能,并运用其M语言函数编写应用程序,完成计算、曲线绘制、数据储存、界面显示等复杂功能。

Abstract:The major assignments of this task are the accomplishment of the software of three-section electric cooker's temperature control system design,debug, the GUI design based on MATLAB,and exploitation,the application of BP nerve-meshwork's PID Algorithm.The software of the temperature control system is written in MATLAB m language.The Instrument Control Tool box is used to imply the communication between the PC and the hardware——SWP-C80 series aptitude control instrument.The connection function mex is used to count time.The M language is also used to compile the program and accomplishes complex functions such as compute,curve protract,data memory,GUI design and so on.
