| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校人文素养教育是新时代贯彻立德树人培养目标,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必然选择。英国高职院校对大学生的人文素养教育坚持“绅士教育”理念、培育职业精神和应用新职业主义教育,其“法制化”“合作式”和“规范化”的经验,对我国高职院校明确人文素养教育培养目标有启示作用,可以调动和整合各方面的力量,促进高职院校大学生人文素养教育规范化发展。

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable choice to strengthen the humanistic quality education of higher vocational college students in the new era to carry out the goal of cultivating moral talents and cultivate socialist builders and successors who are morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and artistically developed in an all-round way.British Humanistic quality education of college students adhere to the"gentlemen education"concept,cultivating professional spirit and application of new vocational education.Its experience of"legalization","cooperation"and"standardization"can enlighten the higher vocational colleges in China to define the cultivation goal of humanistic quality education,and can mobilize and integrate the strength of all aspects to promote the standardized development of humanistic quality education for higher vocational college students. |
