高等职业教育发展驱动力研究

摘    要:在高等职业教育发展的历史中,主要存在技术因素、经济因素、教育因素、社会因素四大驱动因素。它们具体的作用机制分别是:技术革新驱动了高职的产生与发展;产业升级推进了高职内涵地延拓;高等教育大众化助力了高职规模扩张;社会稳定需要高职提供助力。新时期我国高职教育应从以下四个方面正确看待与处理自身发展的驱动因素,包括正确认识多因素驱动高职发展,促进驱动高职发展的多因素融合用力,顺应人工智能时代技术升级的历史趋势,抓住高职扩招一百万以及产业升级的时代机遇。

Research on Development Driving Force of Higher Vocational Education

Abstract:In the history of the development of higher vocational education,there are four main driving factors:technical factors,economic factors,educational factors and social factors.The mechanism of action is that technical innovation drives the generation and development of higher vocational education;Industrial upgrading promotes the connotation extension of higher vocational education;The popularization of higher education helps the expansion of higher vocational colleges;Social stability needs higher vocational support.In the new era,it is necessary to deal with the driving factors of higher vocational development from the following aspects:correctly understand the multi-factor driving factors of higher vocational development,promote the multi-factor integration force driving higher vocational development,conform to the historical trend of technology upgrading in the era of artificial intelligence,seize the opportunity of the era of higher vocational enrollment expansion of one million and industrial upgrading.
