| 摘 要： | 建设产业集聚区,贵安新区具有资源、区位、交通、市场等方面的优势,但也存在企业集聚数量少、基础设施不健全、企业融资困难、创新能力不强等问题.因此,加强基础设施和公共服务体系建设,鼓励区内企业自主创新,培养高素质人才是贵安新区产业集聚区建设的重要内容.

| Abstract: | To develop industrial cluster district, Guiyang - Anshun New Zone has its superiors, such as resources, location, traffic, market advantages, and so on. But there are also some limitations of industrial cluster number, infrastructure is not perfect, the financing difficulty exists, and the innovation ability is not strong. Therefore, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and public service system, encouraging independent innovation of the enterprises in the zone area, and cultivating the high - quality talents with high technology become the important content to construct the new industry cluster district. |
