| 摘 要： | 信息技术(IT)对组织绩效的影响,是近年来的研究热点。本文基于国内外已有的研究成果,系统地回顾了IT对组织绩效影响研究的发展历程,并评述了目前IT对组织绩效影响研究的四个主要类型,为企业IT应用以及相关研究指明了方向。

| Abstract: | The impact of information technology on firm performance is an important research topic.Based on existing research results at home and abroad,this paper reviews its evolution stages of the research and four main types of research on this topic.According to the research status,it points out the research direction in future and gives some suggestions for Chinese enterprise. |
