| 摘 要： | 为抢救与保护濒危的世界文化遗产,联合国教科文等组织和我国政府颁布了系列文书和政策,这些为开展体育非物质文化遗产保护提供了理论依据。但一直以来体育非物质文化遗产的保护与传承都是在某种外部因素的促使下进行的,没有考虑体育非物质文化遗产持续传承、存在的根本动力。因此,成立体育非物质文化遗产保护的专门机构、保护好体育非物质文化遗产杰出传承人、建立体育非物质文化遗产分级保护体系以及以农村和学校为传承源是当前开展体育非物质文化遗产保护与传承应采取重要策略。

| Abstract: | In order to rescue and protect the world culture inheritance,the UN and our government have promulgated some policies,and these provided the theory basis for the development sports non-material cultural heritage protection.But the protection and rescue have always been prompted by the exterior factor,and neglected the basic power of protection.Therefore,the constructing sports non-material cultural heritage protection specialized agency,protecting the good sports non-material cultural heritage to inherit the human,the establishment sports non-material cultural heritage graduation protection system as well as is outstandingly the current development sports non-material cultural heritage protection and the inheritance should adopt the important strategy take the countryside and the school as the inheritance source. |
