| 摘 要： | 受启于西方的权利意识在中国的萌生格外艰辛。从清末的康有为到严复,他们的思想脉络和进境显现的是先觉的中国人其权利意识由君权向民权的推移嬗演,从民初的“五四新青年”到当代新儒家,他们的思想脉络和进境显现的是为民族命运有所担当的学人,其人文眷注重心由民权向人权的进一步下落归结。“五四新青年”的心愿多倾泻于摧枯拉朽的启蒙呐喊中,当代新儒家的心愿则多牵扯于道德一元论的深厚根蔓。步入21世纪的中国人,当总结近代中国权利意识的发展过程,推进这个问题的探索,并通过可操作的中间环节逐步诉诸实践。

| Abstract: | In Chinese history, there is no sense of right. Modem China＇s rights awareness＇s emergence and development is caused by the enlightenment in the west. Kang Youwei was the first advocate of human rights. Yan Fu fiercely criticized the monarchical＇s power, and advocated the human＇s civil rights. The May 4 New Youth＇s Enlightenment plays a decisive impact on the Chinese people＇s awareness of the right. Contemporary neo-Confucian is also deeply concerning about human rights. |
