| 摘 要： | 在对人的自由发展的实现及其实现的程度起影响的诸多因素中,制度是直接的决定因素。制度是实现人的自由发展的社会工具,因而人的自由发展是可能的。在制度环境中,实现人的自由发展的重要前提是：制度一定要与人的自由发展的水平和要求相匹配。制度创新则能在最大限度内保证制度与人的自由发展的水平和要求的匹配,使人的自由发展由理想转变为现实,推动人的自由发展向更高层次提升和超越。从中国制度现代化建设的现状来看,我国正进入又一个人的自由发展的春天。

| Abstract: | Among the conditions and factors to determine the realization and the degree of realization of the free development of individuals, institution is the direct decisive factor. Institution is the social instrument to realize the free development of the individual, therefore, the free development of individuals is made possible. The important premise to realize the free development of individuals under institutional environment is that institution shall match the degree and requirement of the free development of individuals. Whereas institution innovation can ensure that the institution matches the degree and requirement of the free development of individuals to the maximum extent, making the free development of individuals come into reality, promoting the free development of individuals to a higher level and to a state of transcendence. Judging from the current status of Chinese modem construction of institution, China is entering into another spring of free development of individuals. |
