| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查,对高校试行的俱乐部式教学和传统教学的学生进行追踪对比研究.研究表明,俱乐部式教学有助于学生对体育锻炼的兴趣延续和习惯形成,对培养大学生终身体育意识和习惯有良好作用.

| Abstract: | This article probes into club styled teaching approach in comparison with traditional approaches through conducting polls. The result shows that club styled teaching approach helps foster students interest in physical exercises and helps students form a good habit of exercising. |
