| 摘 要： | 农民工权利保护的重点和核心是农民工劳动权利的保护。在分析了农民工劳动权利受损状况及其原因的基础上,提出通过法律和制度的完善健全,借助工会组织的力量,提高农民工自身的素质和建立面向农民工的社会保障制度等途径来确保农民工劳动权利的实现。

| Abstract: | To protect peasant workers' rights,the key is to protect their right to labor. The article analyses the condition under which peasant workers' right to labor is damaged and the causes for it. On the basis of those,it puts forwards the idea that peasant workers' rights may be guaranteed by perfecting relevant law and regulations,with the help of the power of trade union organizations,through improving peasant workers' own qualities and establishing social protection system geared to them. |
