| 摘 要： | 把中国共产党的各级党组织建设成学习型党组织，是党的十七届四中全会提出的一项重大战略任务。高校肩负为国家培养人才的重任，把高校党组织建设成学习型党组织，是世情、国情、党情、校情发展的需要。明确高校学习型党组织建设的内涵，创新高校学习型党组织创建机制显得尤其重要。

| Abstract: | To construct CPC organizations of into learning-oriented ones is a major strategic task presented in the fourth Plenum of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee. Higher learning institutions shoulder the responsibility of training talents for the country. The construction of learning-oriented CPC organizations in higher learning institutions is the need of the development of the world, country, Party and schools. It is of great importance to understand the connotation of constructing learning-oriented CPC organizations and innovate the construction mechanism. |
