| Abstract: | Taking the organization structure reform of Web Company as an example, the paper analyzes the company＇s organization structure characteristics focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of multidivisional structure of World Wide Web, and then reveals the necessity of the reform. The organization structure reform of Web Company plays a positive role in optimizing structure and enhancing the employees＇ work efficiency. |
