| Abstract: | By using XU Guang-xian Rule,a detailed analysis and discussion on two kinds of problems on atomic physics were carried on.One is the division of periodic table of elements;the other is about the judgment of the filling order of outer story electron in atom and atomic energy level＇s highs and lows.A beneficial conclusion was got. |
