| 摘 要： | 21世纪，城市旅游已成为城市整体社会经济的有机组成部分，而且多把旅游开发融入城市整体建设之中。衡阳市旅游资源以书院文化、宗教文化、名人文化、抗战文化等人文旅游资源见长，具有城市旅游开发的潜力和优势，本文结合衡阳市旅游资源开发的现状及存在的问题，指出衡阳市旅游资源开发必须坚持开放带动战略，突出特色，展示历史文化名城风采。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century, urban tourism has become an organic part of the whole urban economy, and tourism development has merged into the whole urban construction with the new trend of modern tourism coming out. Hengyang urban tourism resource is well known by the cultures of classical learning, religion, famous men and the Anti-Japanese War. Because of the advantages of cultural tourist resources, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of such kind of tourist resources: opening-bringing along strategy must be insisted on. the charactistics of Hengyang city need to be standed out. the elegant demeanour of a historic potentialities city should be shown. |
