| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国内高等教育趋同化现象的分析,强调了特色教育在我国高等教育历程中的重要作用,指出特色发展是高等院校做大做强的根本。结合长安大学水文与水资源工程专业的教学实践,提出了基础─实践─特色─创新的特色人才培养模式(BPCC),给出了水文与水资源工程及其他相近艰苦专业在特色人才培养领域的模式框架。结合教研探索过程中发现的问题,完成了行业精神在特色人才培养过程中的重要定位,制订了BPCC框架下开展行业精神教育的具体原则及措施。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis to the convergence phenomenon in domestic higher education,this paper highlights the characteristics education plays an important role in the development of Chinese higher education,and points out that the college characteristics is greatly strong essential to its survival and development.Combined with the teaching practice of hydrology and water resources engineering major in Chang＇an University,it puts forward a characteristic talent training pattern with basic – practice-characteristics creation（BPCC）,gives the characteristics training model or frame to the hydrology and water resources engineering major and other similar hard major.Finally aimed at the problems found in the research process,it points out the industry spirit is unique important in characteristic talents cultivation process,develops the specific principles and measures to carry out industry spirit education under the frame of BPCC. |
