| 摘 要： | 本文在分析国土资源系统高层次创新型人才现状和问题、借鉴国内外创新型人才成长与培养经验和做法基础上,提出了"打造人才梯队、推进创新型人才队伍协调发展,树立科学人才管理理念、加强体制机制创新,营造国土资源创新型人才文化氛围"等培养国土资源高层次创新型科技人才的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of land resources system of high-level innovative talents,learning from the growth and cultivation of innovative talents at home and abroad on the basis of the experiences and practices,this paper proposed some suggestion to cultivate Land and Resources of high-level innovative scientists and engineers,which included creating echelon personnel,promoting the coordinated development of innovative personnel,establishing the scientific concept of talent management,strengthening institutional mechanisms for innovation and Creating innovative talent culture of the Land and Resources. |
