| 摘 要： | 下岗职业再就业，是劳动力流动的一种主要形式，加强下岗职工的转业技能培训和职业介绍服务，对于减少失业，促进再就业具有相当重要的作用。因此，必须充分调动各类职业培训学校，劳动服务机构及其它社会力量在再就业服务中的积极性，有效发挥社会行为因素的配合效应。

| Abstract: | The reemployment of the off-post working staff is a main form of labor-force flow. Strengthening the training on skills and techniques for the transference of the off-post working staff and the recommending service for their reemployment tend to play a very important role in reducing the rate of unemployment and promoting the reemployment. Therefore,it is necessary to arouse the enthusiasm of the various kinds of professional training schools,labor service institutes and other social forces for participating in the reemployment service project and, to activate the cooperative effects of the factors of the social conduct. |
