| 摘 要： | 目的：以备战第六届城运会的武汉市代表队8名女子赛艇公开级为研究对象，通过赛前连续8周晨安静时进行血红蛋白、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶3项指标测定。结果：前4周运动员血红蛋白持续下降，后4周趋于平稳；血尿素在第3周出现顶峰值6.9±0.4mmol/L（P〈0.05），其他周次变化不大；血清肌酸激酶第4周出现顶峰值185.3±16.9IU/L，第五周则显著下降至122.1±16.1IU/L（P〈0.05），随后趋于平缓。结论：前4周训练负荷量持续较大，运动员未能得到较好恢复，负荷强度在第3周和第4周逐渐加大，对运动员身体刺激较大，通过1周调整，各项指标恢复到正常水平。

| Abstract: | The index of 8 Open Class Women Rowers＇ blood lactic acd, blood urea nitrogen and creatine kinase, who were from Wuhan Team. The resuls shows that the BLA level of the rowers decreases continuously in the first 4 weeks and changes to be steady later; the BUN level was similar in the 8 weeks, besides the toppest one is 6. 9 ± 0. 4mmol/L（P〈0. 05） in the 3th week; The toppest numeric of CK is 185.3 ± 16. 9IU/L, tested in the 4th week, and it obviousy decreases to 122.1 ± 16. 1IU/L（P〈0. 05） in the 5th week, then changes to be steady. |
