| 摘 要： | 武汉城市圈中小企业在扩大就业、技术创新等方面为促进圈域经济发展作出了积极贡献。但规模小、竞争力不强、管理模式落后等特征,制约了规模经济发展。中小企业要充分利用武汉城市圈作为＂两型社会＂试验区的发展机遇,跨越环境不优、融资困难、治理结构等障碍,实现规模经济发展。

| Abstract: | The small -medium enterprises in the Wuhan city circle have made active contributions to the promotion of economy development of the city in the respect of expansion of employment, technologic innovation ; but their scales are small, competitive capacities are not strong and governing mode lags behind, which limit the devel- opment of their economies of scale. It is necessary for the small - medium enterprises to full make of the city circle as the developing chance of the ＂two - type society＂ experimental district, surmount such obstacles as not good environment, financing difficulties, unfavorable managing structure, etc. so as to realize the development of economies of scale. |
