校本评估理论初探

摘    要:20世纪80年代,作为OECD“国际学校改进计划”项目重要组成部分的校本评估在许多国家开始实施并得到教育研究者们的关注。校本评估是学校的内部评价机构自发地对学校内部教育环境与教育质量进行民主的、系统的调查过程,是与外部评价相融合的过程。校本评估是学校发展过程中的一个重要环节和必经手段。学校在实施校本评估时必须采取有针对性的措施。

Abstract:In the 1980s the school-based evaluation, as the important part of OECD International School Improvement Project, began to operate in many countries and attracted the attention of educational researchers. The school-based evaluation is a democratic and systematic examination of the internal educational environment and quality which is spontaneously implemented by the internal evaluation organization of school. The evaluation is a process to be merged with the external evaluation. The school-based evaluation is an important part and device in the school development, so the school must adopt directed measures in applying it.
