| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和访问法 ,走访和调查了福州市五家健身健美馆的经营者、教练及学员 ,对健身健美馆的场地面积、价格、管理及教练来源、专业、文化程度、授课内容、时间安排等一系列问题进行研究分析 ,试图找出当前我市健身健美馆经营中存在的主要问题 ,同时针对这些存在的问题提出建议性的意见。

| Abstract: | By using questionnaire and invstigation, called on managers and coaches and students of five aerobics and body building centers of Fuzhou, then made an investigation on the following problems:places, prices, management, coaches' experiences, specialities, cultural degrees, teaching content, time arrangement and so on. Through the analysis of the result of questionnaire and with the help of literature, the article puts forward some relevant suggestions. |
