| 摘 要： | 石家庄市周围地区农村外出劳动力就业层次较低，外出具有稳定性、周期性，有组织外出比例较低，流动半径小。劳动力外出动园在于对外出预期收益与流动成本对比做出的理性选择。应加强农村劳动力培训，推进农村土地制度改革，加快城镇化建设步伐，完善社会保障制度，促进农村劳动力的合理流动。

| Abstract: | The rural labor force around Shijiazhuang city who goes out for obtaining employment mainly works in the lower status'jobs than the urban labor force does,which are relatively stable.He floats in periodicity by year or season.The share of his going out and searches for jobs by the means of organization is very small.His floating radius is very short.His motivation for going out mainly lies in his expecting more profit in a new workplace than in his homeland.To facilitate rural labor force's floating reasonably and orderly and to speed urbanization, such measures as followed should be taken:enhancing the rural labor force's training,pushing the rural ground's reforming,perfecting the social security system,etc. |
