| Abstract: | In order to enhance safety support capabilities in the coastal water and promote marine safety conditions, in the view of the present situation of marine safety
supervision in our country, by the help of analyzing the marine safety supervision and the risk factors in the coastal water, the objectives, principles, contents as well as countermeasures of the construction of long term effective mechanisms for the marine safety supervision are proposed. It has the guiding significance to realize the improvement continually in the marine safety situation. |
