| 摘 要： | 实现经济、社会和环境的协调可持续发展是各国或各地区政府所追求的目标。然而，这三者之间又存在着相互制约的矛盾。从而，在发展过程中不能过分地片面强调某一方面。本文在充分考虑经济增长与资源的有效利用、环境保护之间相互制约关系的基础上，提出区域经济可持续发展的综合评价模型。为各级政府管理和规划区域发展提供一种有效的评价方法。

| Abstract: | Achieving the sustainable development of economics,society and environment is the pursuing aim of a region's government. However, there is the mutual conflict among three aspects. It is incorrect to devilishly emphasize a aspect. Basing on adequately considing mutual nexus among economic increase, effective utilization of the resource and environment protection, this paper put forward a synthetical evaluation model of sustainable economic development in a region. The target is to provide a kind of effectual evaluation method for the government's management and programming. |
