澳大利亚学前教育质量评估研究的发展与启示

摘    要:2012年1月,澳大利亚推出了新的"早期教养国家质量框架",该框架包括立法、质量标准、评估程序及评估机构四部分内容。以这一框架为核心,澳大利亚政府鼓励各学术机构参与学前教育质量评估研究,推动了"学前教育有效性研究"等大型评估项目的开展。这告诉我们,必须高度重视评价的作用,拓展评价主体,并不断提高评价质量。政府主导下的多元、科学的评价体系也将是我国学前教育质量评价研究发展的趋势。

Abstract:In January 2012,the new National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education & Care has been established in Australia,including a legislative framework,a quality Standard,a national quality rating and assessment process and a new assessment institution called the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.With this Australian government encouragement,most academic institutes initiate early educational quality assessment programs as E4kids.It’s necessary for us to give more importance to the quality assessments,to extend the evaluators and to enhance the quality of all assessments.The multiple and scientific systems dominated by Chinese government will be the future trends for the study of our ECE quality assessment.
