机电一体化技能型人才培养体系建设的研究

摘    要:高职机电一体化技术专业是培养适合生产一线需要的、掌握机械、电学、液压(或气动)等理论知识和具有动手能力的技能型人才.从武钢的生产岗位、岗位职责、职业资格证书,分析出机电一体化专业所具备的技能,由技能到必须拥有的理论知识体系和实践技能体系.理论知识体系演化为相应的课程,课程对应教材;实践技能体系演化为相应的实训项目.两大体系都离不开师资队伍建设、课程建设和实验、实训基地建设.基于“工学交替”的理论和实践体系是相辅相成、水乳交融的一体,是技能型人才培养的根本.

Abstract:Electromechanical integration technology specialty in higher vocational education is to train for the production line need, maste ring mechaalcal, electrical, hydraulic (or pneumatic) theory knowledge and skills talents with practical ability. From Wuhan iron and steel pro duction jobs, job responsibilities, occupation qualification certificate, analysis of the electromechanical integration professional skills, the skill to have theoretical knowledge and practice skills system. The theory of knowledge evolution for the corresponding courses and corresponding textbooks; practical skill system evolution for the corresponding training project. The two systems cannot do without teacher team construc- tion, curriculum construction and experiment, training base. Based on the "Alternation" theory and practice system are complementary to each other, get along swimmingly with each other one, is the fundamental skills talents.
