“双一流”战略下高职教师绩效评价体系构建

摘    要:高职院校创建“双一流”已逐渐成为一种趋势,打造一流的师资队伍是基础。考虑到高职教师的实际情况,其绩效评价体系不能照搬本科院校。文章提出了新形势下高职院校教师绩效评价体系构建的原则及模型,高职教师绩效评价体系要符合高职院校的使命发展动态转变、要与“高职双一流”战略相一致、与职称评审改革相适应、与高职院校师资队伍综合实力相吻合。因此,高职教师绩效评价体系构建要分类别、分层次制定标准,因校制宜突出专业差异化,周期考核强化激励。

Construction of Performance Evaluation System for Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the "Double First" Strategy

Abstract:It has gradually become a trend for higher vocational colleges to create "double first" teaching staff. For higher vocational teachers, the performance evaluation system cannot copy the undergraduate colleges. This paper puts forward the principles and models for the construction of teachers performance evaluation system in higher vocational colleges under the new situation. The performance evaluation system should be accompanied by the dynamic change of the mission development of higher vocational colleges, be consistent with the strategy of "double first higher vocational colleges", be compatible with the reform of professional title evaluation, and be compatible with the comprehensive strength of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the construction of the performance evaluation system of higher vocational teachers should classify and grade the standards, highlight the differences of specialties according to school conditions, and strengthen incentives by periodic assessment.
