| 摘 要： | 本文认为人类发展已逐步脱离了生物进化的自然环境，而进入人自己“创造的进化环境”，这个“环境”影响着人的进化与发展。文中讨论了体育休闲作为人的一种生活理想的状态与特征，体育休闲由生活理想转变为生活现实以及体育休闲理想与体育休闲现实的关系。

| Abstract: | This article indicate that the development of mankind is gradually escaping from the natural environment where living creature evolve, and entering the environment that be created by human. The environment affects the development and evolution of human. It discusses that the sport leisure is the person's a kind of living ideal appearance and characteristic, sport leisure from living ideal change to living realistic and the relation between the ideal of sport leisure and realistic of sport leisure. |
