| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是一种全面、协调、可持续的新型社会发展观，其核心内容是坚持以人为本，实质是要实现经济社会和人的全面发展。大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源，是民族的希望和祖国的未来。促进和实现大学生的全面发展是科学发展观的根本要求，践行科学发展观是大学生的社会责任。文章从分析大学生全面发展的基本内涵入手，对科学发展观与大学生全面发展的内在关系加以论述和阐释，进而对如何以科学发展观来促进大学生的全面发展提出对策。
