应用型普通高校人力资源管理课程教学改革研究

摘    要:本文分析了应用型普通高校工商管理专业人力资源管理课程教学中存在的问题,形成依据人才培养目标定位课程功能与任务并改革教学体系的思路,提出更新教学理念、丰富课堂教学、创新实践教学、加强课程建设等一系列改革措施,提高学生的实践应用及创新能力。
