| 摘 要： | 文化对德育的影响机制是具有规律性的作用模式。这种模式表现为文化对德育的外部影响机制和内部影响机制。外部影响机制是指文化作为一种环境因素，通过一定的形式、渠道和媒介把信息传导给德育主体，不同的德育主体通过对文化环境中所含信息进行不同的理解与选择，进而产生对德育建构的影响；它主要通过文化对德育的信息传导、选择、重组等实现。内部影响机制是指文化作为德育的母体，为德育系统的建构提供基本的价值导向及内容规范，进而规定和制约着德育系统内部各要素的存在与发展；它主要通过文化对德育内部要素的预设、建构、导向、规范等实现。外部机制和内部机制的有机结合是文化促进德育发展的重要动力。

| Abstract: | The impact mechanism of culture on moral education is a regular pattern,which reflects the external impact mechanism and the internal impact mechanism of culture on the moral.The external impact mechanism refers to,as a means of environmental factors,culture transmiting information to the main part of moral through some form of media channels and the transmission,and through a variety of understanding and choice of the information contained in.The different main part of mor- al impacts on moral construction.The external impact mainly achieves through the transmission of information,choice,and re- source reorganization.The internal impact mechanism of culture on moral refers to,as the mother of the moral,culture offering the basic value orientation and content norms for construction of moral education system,and then constraints the existence and development of all the elements within the system,which mainly achieves through pre-set of culture on the moral internal ele- ments,construction,orientation and regulating mechanism.The organic integration of external and internal mechanisms is an important driving force to promote moral and cultural development. |
