| Abstract: | Aiming at increasingly rising in price of the introduction of digital resources,this paper proposes that consortium acquisition should make some corresponding preparations: such as,making the organizer's responsibilities clear,strengthening the internal unity,enhancing the sharing service,raising the consciousness of the crisis,legally preserving information resources,and collecting the funds in any possible way. |
