| 摘 要： | 文章通过对高校武术教学内容进行精选优化的教学实践研究，结果表明：精选优化的武术教学内容比以往的教学内容在教学中更能调动学生的学习积极性，培养学生学练武术的兴趣爱好，取得更好的教学效果，能促进更多的学生继续选择武术锻炼，实现高校武术的教学目的和发挥民族传统文化在高校体育文化中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Through the optimization of selected content in College Wushu course, the results show that optimization of selected content in Wushu course is better mobilize the enthusiasm and interest in students ＇practicing Wushu than ever before, and achieve better teaching results, can promote more students continue to choose Wushu training, finally can achieve the purpose of colleges teaching Wushu and play the important role of national traditional culture. |
