| 摘 要： | 2006年第20届都灵冬奥会已经结束,此届奥运会临时仲裁机构共受理了10个案件,分别涉及参赛资格、比赛结果、兴奋剂等争议。通过对都灵冬奥会临时仲裁机构的设立情况、都灵冬奥会体育仲裁案件及其对体育仲裁制度的发展的研究,比较深入阐释了奥运体育争议的仲裁机制,预见其发展趋势。

| Abstract: | By the end of the Olympic Games in Torino,the CAS Ad Hoc Division had received ten cases refering to disputes over the entry qulification,the match outcome,anti-doping and so on.After researches on the establishmnet of CAS Ad Hoc Division in Torino Olympic Games, the ten cases there and the development of sports arbitration system, the authors have elaborated extensively on the arbitral mechanism to settle the sports-related disputes and predicted its developing trend in the future. |
