脑电压缩谱评价高原训练效果的探索性研究

摘    要:应用脑电压缩谱分析技术,对国际健将级游泳运动员刘禹,在赛前实施高原训练前后的脑功能进行个案分析,评价其高原训练的效果。结果:1)运动员在下高原后赛前调整的10天中,其脑主序参量形式发生了非常明显的变化;信息熵水平大幅度升高,信息离散趋势明显;2)运动员的血液指标反映其机能状态良好。结论:1)刘禹高原训练后参加全国比赛的成绩下降,是赛前训练强度及内容安排不合理,导致了脑突触功能矩阵协同水平的重调,脑功能的状态结构水平发生变化,表现为信息熵离散,而信息熵或主序参量离散或右移,导致运动员竞技能力下降;2)在高水平运动员的运动训练中,生理生化等监控指标仅能反映运动员的机能状态,但是不能正确反映出运动员的竞技状态。

Abstract:Using the technique of electroencephalogram compression spectrum,this paper made case analysis on brain function of master swimmer LIU Yu before and after altitude training pre-competition.The training effort was evaluated.The result showed that there was significant change in brain domination parameter and level of information entropy increased significantly after altitude training (10 days before competition).The blood index indicated that body function was in good condition.It concluded that the poor performance result after altitude training might be resulted from unsuitable arrangement of training before competition.Biochemistry and physiology index can only reflect the average function of elite swimmer.These indexes cannot accurately reflect the conditioning of swimmers.
