| 摘 要： | 在我国,投资银行是一门新兴的金融服务业。然而,与有着悠久历史的国外投资银行相比,差距仍相当大。因此,加强中外投资银行的合作有利于借鉴外国发展投资银行的成功经验,完善我国资本市场,同时,作为国外投资银行,随着其国内投资银行业务竞争的日益加剧,他们也寻求着国外投资银行的合作。从内外两方面考虑,中外投资银行的合作有着广泛的前景。

| Abstract: | The investment bank,a new finance service sector in China,still has a long way to go compared with foreign investment banks with a long history.Therefore,the reinforcement of cooperation between Chinese and foreign investment banks is advantageous to drawing on the successful experience of foreign investment banks so as to improve the capital market in our country.Meanwhile,with increasing competition in business among various investment banks in their respective nations,investment banks would like to seek cooperation with their counterparts in other nations.Thus the internal and external factors considered,the cooperation between Chinese and foreign investment banks embraces a bright and broad prospect. |
