| 摘 要： | 内在的文化积淀、制度建设与精神内涵是成人教育软实力的重要组成部分,与成人教育硬实力共同构成成人教育的核心竞争力,是成人教育薪火传承的关键所在。目前我国成人教育软实力存在着文化导向迷茫、制度建设滞后和精神内涵缺位等问题,不利于成人教育的健康发展。为此,应优化成人教育软实力建设,建设扎实的成人教育文化根基,建立卓有成效的成人教育制度,树立无私奉献的成人教育精神,主动服务社会以增强社会对成人教育的认同。

| Abstract: | The inner culture accumulation,system construction and spiritual connotation is the important part of the adult education soft power,with the adult education hard power constitutes the core competitive power of adult education together,which plays the key to the heritage passing of adult education.But nowadays,a lot of phenomena like the confusion of cultural construction,the delay in institutional building,the absence of spirtual connotation and so on,which affects the healthy development of adult education.Therefore,we appeal that the soft power of adult education should be optimized,construct solid adult education culture foundation,build frutiful adult education system,eatabilsh self-giving adult education spirit,initiative to serve the community in order to enhance social recognition of adult education. |
