| 摘 要： | 与学校文化一样,老年大学校园文化也由精神的、物质的、制度的和行为的诸方面组成,并发挥着教育、传承和激励诸多功能。老年大学校园文化建设是多方面的,如校长要有先进的办学理念、要以社会主义核心价值观为导向、要有优秀的教师团队、要处理好校园文化与其它相关方面的关系等。要重视老年学员中骨干成员正能量的发挥,助推他们成为老年大学校园文化建设的主力军。

| Abstract: | Like the school culture,the aged university culture by the form of spiritual,material,system composition and so on,behavioral,and plays many functions of education,inheritance and incentive.The construction of campus culture of aged university include many aspects,such as the headmaster should have advanced education philosophy,to the socialist core values as the guide,have excellent team of teachers,to handle the relevant aspects of the relationship between campus culture and so on.Pay attention to the positive energy core members of elderly participants in the play,boost they will become the main campus culture construction and the main university for the aged. |
