| 摘 要： | 加强对毕业生流动党员的教育管理是新形势下高职院校党建的重要任务。高职毕业生流动党员作为党员管理的特殊群体,其数量逐年在增大,教育和管理难度也在增大。本文通过分析高职院校毕业生流动党员管理的现状以及存在的问题,提出加强毕业生党员的教育、扩大基层党组织的覆盖面、丰富毕业生流动党员组织生活内容,完善与社会、单位三位一体的教育机制等对策与思考。
