| 摘 要： | 通讯技术3G时代,应用3G手机这一随身携带的移动＂掌上电脑＂,主动、高效、个性化和一对一地对高校大学生进行社会主义核心价值体系和身心健康的教育,同时从政策和技术上加强对3G手机的管理和监控,加大对大学生网络媒介素养教育的力度,引导大学生在网络媒介信息社会里＂学会生存＂,使他们成为媒介信息的主动接受者而不是被动接受者,扬长避短,化被动为主动,让3G手机成为新时期大学生思想政治教育的新亮点。
