| 摘 要： | 对外贸易是一个国家或地区参与国际合作、竞争的主要手段。2008年以来受国际金融危机的影响,福建省外贸发展遇到前所未有的困难。面对这一严峻复杂的形势,福建省出台了一系列稳定外贸政策措施,不断加快外经贸结构调整,实现了外经贸持续平稳发展,为海峡西岸经济区经济社会又好又快发展作出了积极贡献。
