| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分，其能否发展成为高等教育中一支有别于普通高等教育的重要力量，关键在于人才培养模式上是否具有特色。高等职业教育以培养拥护党的基本路线，适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的德、智、体、美等全面发展的高等技术应用性专门人才为总体目标。其与普通中专的区别，是突出它的“高等性”；与普通专科的区别，突出它的“职业性”、“技术性”；与一般高等教育的区别，突出它的“应用性”、“复合性”。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country. The characteristics of its talent-training pattern determine whether it can develop into a special branch of higher education that is different from the common higher education. Its general goal is to train senior professionals who support our party's basic policy, and adapt to producing, building, managing and service with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics. It is different from secondary school in its "high quality". It is distinguished from the common junior-college-level in its "professional quality" and "technical quality". It is different from common higher education in its "practical quality" and " comprehensive quality". |
