| 摘 要： | 学生们实际上都有着丰富的内心世界,外向性格的学生好表现,而内向性格的学生虽然不善表达,但是他们往往也有着丰富的心理,也很敏感,教师应该不断地对他们的行为给予肯定和欣赏,使其看到自己的进步,增添成功的喜悦,从而建立自己的心理优势。本文针对不同性格的学习者,提出了一些教学对策。

| Abstract: | The students actually have a rich inner world,students with outgoing personality tend to perform,and although the inward students within the poor expression,but they often have a wealth of psychology,also very sensitive,teachers should continue to give them recognition and appreciation,make them see their own progress,to add the joy of success,so as to establish their own psychological advantage.This paper makes a number of teaching strategies according to learners with different character. |
