| 摘 要： | 通信工程人才培养质量的提高,很大程度上取决于培养目标的合理设定、培养模式和方法的创新与改革。本文阐述了通信工程人才的需求和培养现状,论述了深圳大学信息工程学院在通信工程人才培养模式和教学改革等方面开展的一系列探索和实践,为培养创新型人才提供了思路。
