| 摘 要： | 现代远程开放教育在我国迅猛发展,但在发展的过程中已暴露出一些明显的问题。对现代远程开放教育进行立法规制是解决问题的重要途径。我国的现代远程开放教育立法应当调整和规范几方面的关系,以确定现代远程开放教育立法的内容,保证立法的正确性、实用性和科学性。

| Abstract: | The modern open-ended distance education is now developing rapidly in our country,however,in its course of development,some apparent problems have appeared.And to legislate and regulate it is the fundamental way to solve these problems.The legislation of our country's modern open-ended distance education should adjust and standardize several relationships to comform the legislative content of modern open-ended distance education,to guarantee its accuracy,practicability and scientificy. |
