| 摘 要： | 论述了经济全球化如何通过扩大市场规模和降低交易成本来深化航运业的国际分工。研究表明,基于船舶开放登记这一载体,不同类型国家的比较优势得以融合,生产要素来源的国际化成为船东全球经营战略的重要组成部分。鉴于船舶开放登记已经实现产业化,本文提出了"船舶开放登记市场"的概念,并指出该市场的可竞争性。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization has promoted the international division of labor in shipping by enlarging the market capacity and cutting the transaction costs. The comparative advantages of different kind of countries combined fully based on the institution of ship open registry. The internationalization of factor resources plays an important role in the operation strategies of owners. In view of the fact that ship open registry has become a mature industry, the concept of "open registry market" is devised in this paper, and then the contestability of this market is analyzed. |
