| 摘 要： | 高校机关职能部门是高校的中枢系统,高校机关工作人员身处重要位置,肩负重大责任,理应为构建和谐校园引领示范、助推加力。引领和助推高校和谐校园的构建,要具备结构合理、适应时代要求的综合能力素质;要突出思想理念、模范行为的引领示范作用;要注重解决问题、凝心聚力的助推加力作用。

| Abstract: | The functional departments of university institutions are the central systems of the university.Their staffs,who are in a very important position and shoulder significant responsibilities,should play an important role in guiding and promoting the construction of the harmonious campus.In order to achieve this good,the institutions should have comprehensive abilities and qualities with reasonable structures and fitting the requirement of the era;they should stress the guiding and exemplary functions of ideological conceptions and model actions;they also should pay much attention to the exemplary functions in solving problems and congealing the heats to gather strength. |
