| 摘 要： | 本文首先在对技术供给能力含义及其与自主创新关系进行分析的基础上,提出了适合我国的技术供给能力评价指标体系;其次以此评价体系对我国各地区的技术供给能力进行了数据包络分析、主成分分析和聚类分析;最后根据分析结果,针对我国不同地区分别提出了提升技术供给能力的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of Technological Supply Competence(TSC) and the analysis of relationship between TSC and the independent innovation,the evaluation indicator system for Chinese TSC are presented;then the Date Envelopment Analysis(DEA),Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis are used to evaluate the TSC in each area of China;Finally,the methods improving the TSC in each area are put forward through the analysis. |
